Mix of spices for Stampot Andijvie (mashed potatoes with endive)
- 1.5 kg potatoes
- 400 gram endive
- 200ml milk
- Peel potatoes, wash, boil for 20 minutes and drain.
- Wash endive and cut into strips.
- Meanwhile, boil the milk.
- Mash boiled potatoes and mix with a knob of butter, the spices and half of the boiling milk.
- Mix the endive in parts through the mixture.
- If necessary, make the stew a little smoother with the rest of the milk.
Do not add salt or pepper.
