Mix of spices for Stampot Andijvie (mashed potatoes with endive)




  • 1.5 kg potatoes
  • 400 gram endive
  • 200ml milk


  • Peel potatoes, wash, boil for 20 minutes and drain.
  • Wash endive and cut into strips.
  • Meanwhile, boil the milk.
  • Mash boiled potatoes and mix with a knob of butter, the spices and half of the boiling milk.
  • Mix the endive in parts through the mixture.
  • If necessary, make the stew a little smoother with the rest of the milk.

Do not add salt or pepper.
