Mix for Sate Marinade skewers (kebobs).
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1kg Diced Meat
- Mix the mixture with 2 tbsp soy sauce in a bowl.
- Add 1 kg of diced meat and spread the marinade evenly over the meat.
- Let the marinade soak in for 15 minutes (If the marinade is left on longer, 2-3 hours, the meat will have a more spicy taste).
- Thread meat cubes on a grill skewer and bake in a pan, or grill on a BBQ until brown and cooked through.
Do not add salt or pepper.
