Assorted spices for Hachee.




  • 500 g beef
  • 5 large onions



  • Cut the meat into cubes.
  • Peel onions and chop finely.
  • Stir the mix into 300 ml lukewarm water.
  • Brown the meat cubes quickly in a splash of oil.
  • Add onions and fry with the meat.
  • Pour in the spice mixture and bring to a boil while stirring.
  • Let simmer for 2 hours in a closed pan, stirring occasionally.

Do not add salt or pepper.
