Assorted spices for Hachee.
- 500 g beef
- 5 large onions
- Cut the meat into cubes.
- Peel onions and chop finely.
- Stir the mix into 300 ml lukewarm water.
- Brown the meat cubes quickly in a splash of oil.
- Add onions and fry with the meat.
- Pour in the spice mixture and bring to a boil while stirring.
- Let simmer for 2 hours in a closed pan, stirring occasionally.
Do not add salt or pepper.
