Mix for shoarma style meat.



  • Sprinkle 1 kg of sliced pork evenly with the mix.
  • Mix well and let it absorb for 15 minutes.
  • Heat butter or margarine in a pan and fry the meat strips for about 8 minutes until they are brown and cooked.

Do not add salt or pepper.
