Mix of spices for Stampot Boerenkool (mashed potatoes with kale).




  • 1.5 kg potatoes
  • 600g Boerenkool (Chopped kale)
  • 200ml milk
  • Butter



  • Peel and wash the potatoes. Wash kale.
  • Put potatoes and kale in a pan with a layer of water and cook for 25 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, boil the milk.
  • Drain potatoes and kale, mash finely and stir with milk and a knob of butter until smooth.
  • Add the mix and let the stew warm fully.
  • Serve warm

Do not add salt or pepper.
