Mix of spices for Stampot Boerenkool (mashed potatoes with kale).
- 1.5 kg potatoes
- 600g Boerenkool (Chopped kale)
- 200ml milk
- Peel and wash the potatoes. Wash kale.
- Put potatoes and kale in a pan with a layer of water and cook for 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil the milk.
- Drain potatoes and kale, mash finely and stir with milk and a knob of butter until smooth.
- Add the mix and let the stew warm fully.
- Serve warm
Do not add salt or pepper.
