The Dutch Shop will refund any purchase made within 14 days excluding exceptions.
Customers must provide a receipt and the original product in order to receive a refund.
For online orders, return shipping may be provided by The Dutch Shop depending on the circumstances. To request a return, please contact us. Products that are damaged during shipping can either be refunded or replaced at the customer's discretion.
Sale items will be refunded for their purchased value, regardless of current sale status.
- Any product including Meat, Cheese or frozen products that have passed their expiry date as written on the label
