Where are your products from?
We source our products from a variety of Canadian wholesalers and importers. The majority of our products come from the Netherlands, as well as other European countries and, of course, Canada.

We're always on the lookout for new items. If there's something you'd like to see us carry, feel free to contact us and we'll see what we can do!
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently take all major credit cards, as well as Paypal. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Do you have/accept gift cards?
We have gift cards, which you can purchase in-store or online here. You can also send e-Gift Cards to someone!
Can I ship an order to a different address than my billing address?
Absolutely. Your order will be shipped to wherever you enter in the Shipping Address section.
Can I place an order as a gift?
Orders do not include a receipt, only a packing list, so the recipient will not know how much you spent by default. If you'd like we can also include a note card in the order. We do not offer any gift wrapping at this time.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship anywhere in North America.
Who do you ship with?
Our shipping is handled by Canada Post, or USPS in the US. We do not offer third-party carriers at this time.
How much is shipping to [place]?
Shipping costs are based on weight and distance so the more you order, the more expensive it is. You can see your shipping costs in the checkout once you enter your address.
How long does shipping take?
The actual shipping time depends on a wide range of factors such as weather, time of year, and distance, but most orders leave our shop within 1 day of being placed. For Canada shipments, the average time is 3-5 days.
What is the minimum for free shipping?
The minimum order amount to get free shipping is $100 Canadian before tax.
Can I get free shipping to the US or another country?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer free international shipping at this time as it is simply too expensive.
I can't see any shipping options / I only have in-store pickup
This typically happens for 1 of 2 reasons. Either something in your cart is in-store only and can not be shipped, or the shipping address is formatted incorrectly or incomplete. Please double-check your cart and address, and if you are still having problems contact us.
What is my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Why does my tracking not show anything?
Tracking can take up to a day to update. Tracking does not update until the parcel leaves our store, which may be a day after the tracking number is generated. If you still do not see any updates after a few days, contact us.

How do I get rewards points?
To collect reward points, simply make an account and you will automatically get points on each order.
How do I redeem rewards points?
To see your eligible rewards, log in to your account and go to My Account in the upper right corner, > Rewards.
To redeem a reward, first add the eligible item to your cart. Then on the cart page, above the Proceed to Checkout button there is a button for Rewards. Simply click Apply and you’ll spend your points.
Can I redeem multiple rewards at once?
Unfortunately you can only redeem 1 reward at a time currently. Rewards can not be used at the same as discount codes.
