You will need: 600g potatoes, 3 TBS cream or half and half, and ½ cup (or more to taste) of grated cheese.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix the contents of the bag and the cream in 1 ½ cups of cold water.
- Add the potato slices, bring to a boil while stirring. Cook for 3 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Place in a greased, flat baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
