Spice mix for Bami Goreng, an Indonesian noodle dish.
- 400g Bami vegetables
- 350g pork, cubed
- 250g Mie noodles
- Cook Mie noodles according to package directions.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and fry the pork cubes until brown and done.
- Add the vegetables for a few minutes.
- Add 150ml water and the Knorr Bami mix.
- While stirring, bring to a boil and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles. Stir well.
- Serve with kroepoek.
