  • 50ml black coffee
  • 50ml black tea
  • 50ml heated milk (50-60° C)
  • Tall glass
  • Milk frother or whisk


  • Make about 50ml of coffee, add the spices, reserving a bit for decoration. Mix together and pour into a tall glass. If you use ground coffee, strain it through a sieve first.
  • Prepare black tea with 50 ml of boiling water and pour it into the tall glass.
  • Heat milk to a temperature of 50-60 degrees Celsius, froth or whisk and also pour into glass
  • Mix lightly and decorate with spice powder.
