Add yourself:

  • 500 g stewing beef.
  • 4 medium sized onions.
  • 2 medium-sized red peppers.
  • 300 g of rice.
  • 750 ml of water.


  • Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a frying pan.
  • Bake the sliced stewing beef.
  • Briefly fry the chopped onions and the sliced bell pepper.
  • Add 250 ml of water and bring to a boil.
  • Let it simmer for about 2 hours with the kid on, adding water if necessary to prevent dry boiling.
  • When the meat is tender, add 500 ml of water and Honig base for Goulash.
  • Return to a boil. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, cook the rice as indicated on its packaging and serve the goulash with the rice and garnish with some parsley if desired.
