Honig base for Lasagna is a mix with Italian herbs and spices. Using fresh ingredients you can have a delicious meal on the table in no time!


  • 125g oven ready lasagna noodles
  • 300g ground beef
  • 400g Italian stir fry vegetable mix
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 500ml milk
  • 50g grated cheese
  • 500ml water


  • Heat the oven to 390°F.
  • Grease a 1.5 litre baking dish.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Cook the ground beef until no pink remains.
  • Add the vegetables and cherry tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add 500ml water, milk and Honig mix for Lasagnesaus.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring, and allow to simmer for 1 minute.
  • Place a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of prepared dish.
  • Place a layer of noodles over the sauce. Repeat layers until all the sauce is used up, ending with a thin layer of sauce.
  • Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
  • Bake in middle of the oven for 30 minutes, until cooked through.
  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
