ADD:

  • 250 g Mie noodles
  • 350 g cubed meat
  • 450 g vegetables
  • 1 sliced red pepper
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 150 ml water

DIRECTIONS:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • Heat oil in a pan or wok. Cook meat until done.
  • Add peppers and vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. 
  • Add package contents and 150 ml water. 
  • Stir for 1 minute. Add the drained noodles and stil until well combined.
  • Add Sambal or Ketjap to taste.
  • Serve with Atjar and Kroepoek.
