Mix for vanilla pudding.


  • Mix contents of package with 2-4 tablespoons of sugar in a sauce pan.
  • Gradually whisk in 2 cups of cold milk until smooth.
  • Cook over medium heat (not higher).
  • Bring to a boil stirring constantly with a whisk until thickened (about 1 minute).
  • Pour into dishes rinsed with cold water or a baked, cooled pie shell.
  • Refrigerate 1-2 hours until firm.
