  • 500 g green beans
  • 300 g rice
  • Oil


  • Cook the rice according to packaage directions.
  • Cut the beans in to bite size, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Heat 2 tbs oil in a wok or pan. Stir in the beans for 2 minutes.
  • Add the boemboe and 200 ml water. Bring to a boil.
  • Simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve with the rice.

Delicious with Boemboe Rendag Vlees
