- 500 g green beans
- 300 g rice
- Cook the rice according to packaage directions.
- Cut the beans in to bite size, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Heat 2 tbs oil in a wok or pan. Stir in the beans for 2 minutes.
- Add the boemboe and 200 ml water. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- Serve with the rice.
