- 500 g beef, cute in to bite size pieces
- 300 g rice
- Heat 2 tbs oil in a pan and cook the meat.
- Add the boemboe and 300 ml water.
- Bring to a boil and place lid on pan.
- Simmer 50 minutes on low heat.
- Remove lid and let simmer 10 more minutes, until sauce thickens.
- In the mean time, cook the rice according to package directions. Serve together.
Delicious with Boemboe Sajoer Boontjes (green beans).
