Spice paste for making spicy Indonesian beans.
- 500g green beans
- 300g rice
- Cook the rice according to package directions.
- Cut the beans and cook for 5 minutes. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan.
- Stir fry the beans for 2 minutes.
- Add the Boemboe and 200ml water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes on low, until the sauce has thickend.
- Serve with the rice.
