Green curry paste for cooking.


  • 300g chicken filets
  • 200g green beans
  • 75g bean sprouts
  • 300g rice
  • 200g Conimex coconut milk
  • oil



  • Cook the rice according to package directions.
  • Cut the green beens in half, cook for 3-4 minutes and rinse with cold water.
  • Cut the chicken into cubes.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok and cook the chicken until done.
  • Add the Boemboe, coconut milk and 34 tablespoons water. While stirring, bring to a boil.
  • Add the beans and bean sprouts and heat through.
  • Serve with the rice.


  • Delicious with kroepoek.
