Green curry paste for cooking.
ADD:
- 300g chicken filets
- 200g green beans
- 75g bean sprouts
- 300g rice
- 200g Conimex coconut milk
- oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Cook the rice according to package directions.
- Cut the green beens in half, cook for 3-4 minutes and rinse with cold water.
- Cut the chicken into cubes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok and cook the chicken until done.
- Add the Boemboe, coconut milk and 34 tablespoons water. While stirring, bring to a boil.
- Add the beans and bean sprouts and heat through.
- Serve with the rice.
