- 350 g ham, diced
- 300 g rice
- Cook the rice according to package directions.
- Heat 2 tbs oil in a wok or pan and cook the ham.
- Add the boemboe and 200 ml water. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve with rice.
Delicious with Boemboe Sajoer Boontjes (green beans).
