  • 350 g ham, diced
  • 300 g rice


  • Cook the rice according to package directions.
  • Heat 2 tbs oil in a wok or pan and cook the ham.
  • Add the boemboe and 200 ml water. Bring to a boil.
  • Simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  • Serve with rice.

Delicious with Boemboe Sajoer Boontjes (green beans).
