We have adjusted the recipe of our boemboes with attention to sugar and salt, with just such a tasty and familiar taste. With this boemboe you can make a delicious and trusted chicken dish from Indonesian cuisine.

Add yourself:

  • 350 g chicken fillet.
  • 300 g of rice.
  • Conimex wok oil.

Preparation:

  • Cook the rice according to the preparation method on the package.
  • Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
  • Heat 2 tbsp wok oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the chicken cubes.
  • Add the boemboe and 200 ml of water. Bring to a boil while stirring.
  • Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes on a moderate heat until the sauce has the desired thickness.
  • Serve with the rice.

Delicious with Boemboe Sajoer Beans.
