- 350 g chicken, cubed
- 300 g rice
- wok oil
- Cook the rice according to package directions.
- Heat 2 tbs oil in a wok or pan and cook the chicken.
- Add the boemboe and 200 ml water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve with the rice.
Delicious with Boemboe Sajoer Boontjes (green beans).
